Even under extreme loads in high ambient conditions, our case is designed specifically to deal with the high temperatures of the Raspberry Pi Zero.
We qualified our case under custom cpu and gpu burn tests to ensure during all normal operations the case would never rise close to its high temperature limit of 80C.
High Performance Thermal Pad
We wanted only the best, and partnered with Arctic Cool for a custom cut thermal pad, which under compression, increases in thermal transfer efficiencies.
Secure SD Cover
Because the Pi Zero is such an affordable device, we have found people tend to grab several of them and format an SD Card specifically for each Zero. With that in mind, the Flirc Pi Zero case comes with a Secure SD Cover to protect your data and ensure the SD card won't be accidentally removed from the Pi Zero.

This affordable Raspberry Pi case is made out of aluminum. We wanted to ensure we didn’t sacrifice form over function, so we used the aluminum housing of the case to provide a built in heat sink. Supplied with the case is a thermal pad and 4 screws for the simplest Raspberry Pi case assembly on the market.
