Order Processing & Shipping

• Vilros ships within the USA only.
• Most orders are shipped from our Central NJ location within two business days of submission.
• Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer. Vilros is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Free Shipping

• Free shipping is offered on any orders shipping within the continental United States (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii) 
  

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

• Orders flagged by our security software, fulfillment team or  payment processor as potentially fraudulent will be canceled and refunded.
• Due to a high volume of fraudulent orders associated with freight forwarding services, any order with a suspected freight forwarding address will be canceled.
