PS2 Style USB Gamepad

Vilros is about the only place I know that doesn't try to rip you off! They have fantastic prices on very good quality merchandise! This controller is exactly that! You probably won't find a controller of this quality anywhere near this price! I tried a few "budget" controllers and actually paid a little more for some. They were so cheap they started messing up within a day or two. The controllers I have bought from Vilros, (Sega Genesis, SNES, and this PS1 controller), have all far exceeded my expectations! It's not just controllers either. Everything I have bought from Vilros has been the best bang for my buck! I don't even really shop around much anymore. When you find a place you can trust for quality and value, you stick with them! It seems everyone is out to rip you off anymore with high priced junk. Vilros is one of the last places left that seems like they want to sell at fair prices us poor boys can afford!

Build quality is very nice, pretty accurate replica of the classic ps2 controller. I was going to rate this a 5/5, however the lack of vibration does ruin the experience to some extent. If you plan on using this controller on pc, I recommend x360ce so you can use the controller for most games.

For someone who's accustomed to PlayStation controllers, this is exactly what I was looking for. I also own a Logictech F310 gamepad, and this Vilros controller is *profoundly* better in the feel and responsiveness of the buttons. Even my kids, who have never played on the original PlayStation, have remarked that this Vilros controller is better. Well worth the money.

For anyone else who finds this important, I'm using this USB controller on Linux. I've used it with multiple applications, and it works fine through both SDL (libsdl2) and the Linux Kernel joystick driver.
