I also have not had any fit issues with any that I have ordered. The only fit issue is that making you align the top and bottom of the case before you insert the screws to secure.

The PI-4B is a very tight fit . The ethernet connection sticks up preventing the cover to close completely.
over all is good design.

The shipping was fast! The Rpi4 fit in case perfectly and fan runs very quietly. This is the best Rpi case that I have seen.

Very good design, but I had to file a few parts of the case to get the card to fit. Not a major problem.
