From purchase to delivery, everything was perfect.

Thank you for asking. I was trying to use Desktop to run a webpage for a video recorder. I had to take the top of the case off due to heat issues. The CPU is running around 98% constantly and the Unifi server thinks the Firefox browser is a mobile device. Chrome is worse BTW. Project is a fail, but I really like the Pi. Plan to repurpose.
