How do i know if an item is in stock or is only available for pre-order?

If the button to add to cart says: "Add to cart" that means that the item is in stock. If the button to add to cart says: "Pre-order"  that means that the item is available for pre order only.

When will pre-orders ship?

We'll be shipping out orders for Pi 5  Boards as soon as we receive stock, and we'll be doing our best to send them out on a first ordered-first shipped basis .
Current Preorders are projected (NOT GAURENTEED) to ship in Feb-March of 2024.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is sent out.

When is Payment made?

Payment is made when the preorder is placed 

Can I Cancel my pre-order?

Yes.
You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet via the “Cancel my order” link on the bottom of the email confirmation you will receive after the order is placed.
If you have trouble canceling your order you can email us at support@vilros.com with your order number and cancellation request .

Editing/Changing Orders 
If you need to make changes to an order please cancel the order and place a new order with the items that you need. We will not be making changes to orders with pre-ordered items once they have been placed.

Orders with non pre-order items.
Your order will ship once ALL items in the order are in stock.
We can NOT part ship orders .
If you need in-stock items urgently, we suggest placing separate orders for the in-stock and pre-order items.

Limit to 1 per customer

We are limiting Pi 5 boards to one per customer at this time. We should hopefully be able to raise this limit once availability improves.
Multiple orders for Pi 5 boards as well as orders with more then 1 Unit will be canceled.
