Hat Install Hardware For Vilros Pi 5 Plug 'n' Pi

Set includes screws, spacers needed to set up a hat within the Vilros Plug 'n' Pi for Raspberry Pi 5

When using the plug in case with a hat the built in fan needs to be removed we therefore  strongly recommend using a Raspberry Pi Active Cooler on the board when using the plug in case with a hat on the board

Install Instuctions :

  1. Install Active Cooler (Not required but strongly recommended) .
  2. Attach the spacer with NO head  to hole near the power in port of the board by using a small screw via the bottom of the board .
  3. Attach the header extender included with the hat to the GPIO header.
  4. Remove the fan from the plug in pi case.
  5. Attach the power cable from the case to the board .
  6. Attach the board to the case using the 3 spacers with header (Important: the bottom right corner near the power port does NOT attach to the case)
  7. Install the hat onto that board and attach using the 4 small screws.
  8. Install Cover of the plug in case (with the fan from the case REMOVED)
