Return Policy

General Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below (see below for exceptions related to used or opened items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect).

• Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

• Kits must be returned complete, with all components included.

• Used or opened items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped (see details below).

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to any return.

Missing, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Including Used or Opened Items)

If your order is missing items, damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect—including cases where the item has been opened or used—you must submit a return request within two (2) business days of receipt using the same RMA process:

Once reviewed, we will either:

Vilros Manufacturer Warranty

Products manufactured by Vilros are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects from the date of purchase.
