Refund policy

General Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Items being returned for reasons such as changed mind, ordered by mistake, or not suitable for your needs must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Kits must be returned complete, with all components included.

Used or opened items are not eligible for return for buyer’s remorse reasons, including changed mind, ordered by mistake, or not suitable for your needs.

Used or opened items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped. Please see the section below for missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For returns due to buyer’s remorse reasons, including changed mind, ordered by mistake, or not suitable for your needs, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any return is sent back.

Approved Returns

Once a return is approved, the return shipment must be sent back within 30 days from the date of approval.

Tracking must show that the return shipment was scanned by the carrier within 30 days of the approval date.

If the return shipment is not scanned within 30 days of approval, the return will be cancelled and the item will no longer be eligible for return.

Missing, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing items, damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, you must submit a return request within two business days of receipt using the same RMA process.

This includes items that have been opened or used, as long as the issue is due to the item being missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Vilros Manufacturer Warranty

Products manufactured by Vilros are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects from the date of purchase.
