Overview
At the beginning of September 2020, Arduino's Design and Web teams announced the launch of a new navigation approach to make browsing the whole Arduino digital ecosystem easier for users.
The update is considered part of Arduino's user-centric mission to make complex technology simple and more user-friendly, so that there is less friction across the Arduino ecosystem. In fact, Arduino nearly tripled the size of its Design and Web workforce and invested significant resources as part of the effort to improve the user experience.
If you were using Arduino's website this summer, you might have seen that they've launched a new search engine. Now, you won't have to go searching across Google – with the new updates to Arduino browsing, it should be easier than ever to find what you're looking for all from one central hub.
A new one-stop-shop to access multiple Arduino features
The recent upgrade of Arduino's search engine is just the start of an initiative to overhaul and improve the browsing experience for the entire Arduino digital ecosystem. To simplify your workflow, you will now be able to find the following Arduino features all together on one page:
- Project Hub – looking for your next project? Here you'll find sample tutorials for inspiration along with tips to help you build accurately and efficiently.
- Documentation – need a specific piece of documentation to help you take next steps on your project? Whether you're looking for a library, a reference, or a specific tutorial, you can find it here.
- Forum – want to chat with other users? Or maybe look up what users have previously said about a particular project? Now you can search for new and old Forum threads.
- Blog – want to keep up-to-date on official news and projects from the Arduino blog? With the new search capability, you'll even be able to sort blog entries by date or category.
- Store – need a new piece of hardware to take your Arduino skills and projects to the next level? Try using filters to find just what you're looking for at the Arduino store.
