Initially I'm suspicious to buy ..but they really impressed me with their quality and the best quality and they became my favorite

The case is more rugged than I expected. The included heat sinks are really nice. The keyboard didn't get shipped initially but they were really responsive when I let them know.

The keyboard is compact but the keys are spaced normally and the mouse is flat but it's beveled on the sides so it doesn't feel like it's gonna get away from you.

I run the Pi off of an 8A ONN battery pack from Walmart and it works great.

I like it but instead if using batteries to power the keyboard/mousepad, I connected alligator clips to the positive and negative battery springs and wired it to the the 3.3vdc and Ground GPIO pins on the Pi to power it! Now I just leave it powered on and when I turn on the Pi it all powers on, and I can leave the little switch hatch door closed.

The pi 4 and case are excellent. Only complaint is the keyboard doesn't have a back light for the keys and is not rechargeable. It's still worth purchasing though.

Thinking about replacing my old Win 8.1 desktop with this little box. All I have to do is convince my wife that it will be better for her. Swapped out the included keyboard/mouse with individual USB extras.

For new Linux users it is best to have a publication on hand to do a more in depth explanation of the command structure. After all the PI was designed for an educational environment.
