We had been using the 16 millimeter telescopic lens, which worked great for tight shots of the platform, but since the hq camera was in a fixed position we could not pan to the piano or zoom out to get more of the auditorium. The wide angle lens lets us do virtual pan and zoom while maintaining good resolution. We use a filter in obs studio to correct the distortion. It also gathers more light allowing us to fine tune the video even more. Great product, no high dollar markup and quick shipping. Highly recommended.

This lens is great for beginning use of the Raspberry-HQ Camera. The price is right for initial experimentation. You can focus down to less than 1/4" for macro shots or infinity for far away imaging.

Great lense for a great price. Slightly grainy, but worth it for the price.
