Depends on what you want it for

NOOBS OS is has a ceiling on what it can do. If you're just starting to get into programming, emulation and the like, it can be good a learning tool. However, if you're looking to do more complex things, such as hosting servers or in depth programming, it may not be worth it to pay extra for the preinstalled operating system, and you'd be better off just buying a higher capacity SD Card.

It came with an micro sd to usb adapter instead of a micro sd to sd adapter. Besides that I'm happy with my purchase.
